Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Đi Đâu, a service operated by Everitt Ventures LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Đi Đâu
You may use Đi Đâu for lawful personal or business discovery purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it at scale without permission, impersonate others, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or attempt unauthorized access.
Listings, reviews, and user content
Business information can change and may come from businesses, users, public sources, or third parties. We do not guarantee that every listing, price, hour, review, or other detail is complete or current. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it. You give Everitt Ventures LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use submitted content as needed to operate and promote Đi Đâu. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or create safety, legal, or integrity concerns.
Third parties
Links, businesses, services, and transactions involving third parties are between you and those third parties. Đi Đâu does not endorse or control them and is not responsible for their products, services, conduct, availability, or policies.
Service and liability
Đi Đâu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everitt Ventures LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Accounts and termination
You are responsible for your account and for keeping login information secure. You may stop using Đi Đâu or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others.
Law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here.
